Linda Norris is the firm's Office Manager.  She is typically the initial point of contact for clients.  She has overseen administrative staff and clerical activities during her 20-plus year tenure with Error Analysis.  Her primary responsibilities include but are not limited to consultant retention, bookkeeping, billing, scheduling, travel arrangements, and collections.

Kristy Norris joined the Error Analysis team in 2002.  Her primary responsibilities are case and file management, which includes the receipt and processing of documents and other materials provided by our clients.  Ms. Norris also serves in a research capacity, systematically investigating and studying case and company business.  Her daily activities include coordination of consultant activities and management of the firm's information technology. Kristy holds bachelor's degree from the University of California, San Diego, as well as various technical and clerical certifications.
