Dr. Harvey Cohen has nearly 40 years of professional experience in human factors and safety. A former Federal government research scientist, Dr. Cohen has over 150 refereed publications, including 8 books and book chapters, has personally investigated over 7,500 injury accidents, has given over 1,250 depositions and has testified in court on over 350 occasions, about equally for plaintiff and defense, in 38 states, territories and Canadian provinces. Dr. Cohen specializes in premises, products, commercial, transportation and recreational accident causation and analyses.
